Between 1972 and 1982, while working in various workplaces in Istanbul — the land of migration — our founder and his brothers honored the CAPITAL OF HONESTY inherited from their father and stood out in every institution they worked for as PEOPLE OF TRUST AND SINCERITY through their diligence and dedication…
Our founder made the effort to work in three different places in a single day in order to meet his family’s needs… With his brothers—known to be just as honest and hardworking as himself—whom he encouraged to train in different places to learn the profession of baklava making in order to lay the foundations of his dream business, they started their sweet story in 1982 with a small workshop they established together…
…today, there is “Hacı Yusufoğlu,” with nearly fifty years of professional experience, serving thousands of customers through its retail stores and more than a hundred dealers located in many districts of Istanbul, including patisseries, bakeries, social facilities, and hotels…
