Our Quality Approach

As Hacı Yusufoğlu, we carefully implement our Quality and Food Safety Policy across all areas together with our production unit in our new, modern facility with a working area of over 1,000 m², and we work continuously and tirelessly to ensure sustainable quality.

In order to produce high-quality, hygienic, and healthy products, we ensure continuity by closely following all innovations in the food sector in our production facilities that comply with the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and the ISO 9001:2018 Quality Management System (QMS), while also keeping up with the latest technologies.

Together with our engineers and master craftsmen, we prevent all food safety hazards before they occur and work diligently to continuously improve our system. From production to consumption, we define all necessary conditions related to food safety, quality, and halal compliance within our system; we implement and monitor these defined conditions and take preventive measures at every stage of the system. For this purpose, we determine and continuously apply all required resources as well as internal and external communication methods.

• We define the competency criteria of all our employees and support them with training programs within this scope. • We continuously improve our ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2018 Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, and we update them immediately by taking prompt action whenever necessary.
