Aiming to enhance the quality of its industrial products in the baklava sector, ÜLKER chose HACI YUSUFOĞLU, one of the leading companies in the industry, to receive professional feedback. Officials from Ülker and Hacı Yusufoğlu met at the Ülker factory in Kurtköy. Our representatives had the opportunity to tour the factory and observe the production process closely. Following the tour and a seminar-style organization prepared by Ülker, the official meeting commenced.

The meeting began with a presentation on the history of our company, which has been in the baklava sector for 44 years, and continued with an exchange of ideas with Ülker executives. With the goal of manufacturing products that meet the specific requirements of master craftsmen, Ülker officials had the chance to hear the first-hand opinions of our highly experienced masters regarding the products. Following the highly productive discussions, Ülker executives presented a plaque to our founder, Ekrem Bingöl, to honor Hacı Yusufoğlu as one of the most distinguished companies in the industry.
